This solid silver dagger is embossed with a smiling face on its hilt. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. If the dagger is on your person, you also gain a +2 bonus to any Charisma check you make that involves speaking. If you're a bard, whenever a creature rolls one of your Bardic Inspiration dice, it gains a +2 bonus to the roll.
